NDL is now providing high power laser modules with power from 10W, 20W up to 500W. It is widely used for industry, such as laser marking, engraving, welding, cutting, drilling and etc. Features: CW Output power from 10W up to 500W per module High beam quality & low-rank Gaussian beam profile Long life time > 10,000 hours None-microchannel and low requirement for cooling water Support custom package design Output Power (CW): 10W, 20W, 35W, 50W up to 500W Wavelength: 1064nm Nd:YAG Diameter: 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6.35mm, 8mm available Nd:YAG Doping: Typical 0.6% doping.
