Our company, Zhejiang Southeast Metal Sheet Co., Ltd, located at Jiangdong Provincial Industry Garden in the beautiful and new industry area of Qiantang River, is a powerful enterprise invested by both Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame Group and Hong Kong Metec Ltd.Co. in 2004, registered capital is 42 million US dollars. The first project was totally invested 74 million US dollars, with an area of 250000 square meters where close to Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo and Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou highways , 10 kilometers from Xiaoshan international airport, with a very convenient water and land and air transportations. The company mainly produces hot galvanized steel sheets, cold rolled sheets, rolled hardness coils and pickled sheets used for household electrical appliances, vehicles, mechanical manufacturing, light industry and constructions and other purposes.
The project construction is divided into two periods. The first period contain three production lines including pickling assembly, hot galvanizing assembly and cold rolling assembly. Of which, the Cold Compact Reversing Mill with 6 rolls and two millstands are designed for 500000 Ton annually. The hot galvanized are 300000 Ton and the pickling is 600000 Ton. The lines were put into production at the end of 2004. The second period construction is under preparation. The bell annealing furnace will be imported and put into production by the end of 2007. The main products are 0.20-2.00mm in thickness and 800-1350mm in width.
To keep the leading technology in the same industry in China, the main equipment of the production lines are introduced from Germany and Italy, such as cold rolling reversing mill with 6 rolls and with double millstands is from Germany company, SMSD-DEMAG and the main control system for galvanizing assembly is from Siemens CMO. It is the first private-owned enterprise with the processing equipment at a world technology level in China. Furthermore, the other production lines for galvanizing, pickling and acid recovery matched for the mill are from Chinese well-known companies. The equipment in high technology makes a good basis for the high quality products naturally.
