Tangshan Jinshi Superhard Material Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing high level geological core drilling equipment in China. Registered capital is 20 million yuan, and its factory covers an area of 115 mu in which 65,000 square meters is building area. Our company has 600 employees, including 100 technicans above assistant engineers , 350 senior skilled workers, and industry experts as our guest researcher.
Jinshi is the geological equipment engineering research center in Tangshan, a industry leading organizations including research, design and production. Jinshi wins government financial support and has strong technical force. The center has three standardized test machines, metallurgical analysis laboratory, mechanical experiments testing laboratory, and materials chemical analysis laboratory. In 2008 the center won the national SME Innovation Fund for the development of "deep hole wireline core barrels equipment" and was certificated in 2010. In 2011 the center obtains the national innovation fund support and seven national petent for the development of “special deep hole wireline core barrels equipment ” .
Jinshi is equipped with high-level equipment, profession, automation, and complete test means. All of its products are manufactured according to ISO9001 quality management system to secure quality and stability of products.
Seven consecutive years to create, refresh and keep the record on the deepest hole of small-bore wireline core drilling exploration in China, it the best inspection on Jinshi’s products quality. One million meter wireline core drill rod, two hundred thousand diamond drill bit, the annual consumption of ten thousand tons geological steel, the above all certify that Jinshi is the largest in production scale in Chinese market, Jinshi is the leading enterprise in China industry .
On 22th July 2011, Jinshi held its second expansion project ceremony. The total investment is 200 million yuan, the building area is 45,000 square meters. Workshop is equipped with large-scale automated production lines. It will become a international modern enterprise in 2012.
