Technology Advanced fully automatic spiral tube-expanding technique is adopted to combine low-carbon steel tube with aluminum alloy column tightly in uniform tube-expanding, ensuring the thermal conductivity and tightness of the radiator under persistent application condition. Full automatic NC hydrogen arc welding technique ensures high weld strength and extraordinary and steady weld quality. The internal anti-corrosion materials adopt environment-friendly water-borne coatings and the inside is filled under vacuum and high-pressure condition. The coating is compact and corrosion-resistant forever. Advantages According to three times of pressure tests on 100% air tightness, the bearing capability of the product is strong and the working pressure 1.0Mpa.
