Located in China National Economic and Technical Development Zone of Hebi, Henan province-China Excellent Tourism City, Henan Worldde New Century Energy Co., Ltd. (former Hebi Worldde New Century Science and Technology Co., Ltd.) is the production base of Northern Worldde (Beiing) Radiator Co., Ltd., with excellent geographic position and convenient communication by being adjacent to Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao highway, Shi Jiazhuang-Wuhan high speed railway and Beijing-Guangzhou railway. Established in 2006, the company covers an area of 100,000 square meters of which building area is over 50 thousand square meters with a total investment of RMB130 million. At present, the company with 408 employees (including 46 professional technicians) enjoys 16 national patents and produces various kinds of radiators such as steel radiators, steel-aluminum radiator, steel-aluminum and copper tube convector.

Materials
The composition series product of Worldde ecological radiator adopts professional aluminum materials to make radiating wings and excellent plastic-steel tubes whose copper content reaches 99.99% to make water passage, so its corrosion-resistance performance is extraordinary.
Technology:
Advanced fully automatic hydraulic tube-expanding technique is adopted to combine copper tubes with the aluminum alloy column wing tightly in uniform tube-expanding, ensuring the thermal conductivity and tightness of the radiator under persistent application condition.
Fully automatic NC braze welding technique ensures high weld strength and extraordinary and steady weld quality.

Surface treatment:
Worldde has invested a great deal of money in installing autophoresis production line of Germany Henkel, making Worldde ecological radiator achieve the same technological level with American Boeing Company, Germany Mercedes-Benz Company and BMW Company and European Airbus.
External coating:
The surface spray coating of Worldde ecological radiator adopts the UV-Cut from internationally renowned Netherlandish Akzo—one of the Global top 500 companies and environment-friendly molding powder with polyester and famous Gema coating equipment, providing solid external spraying quality for Worldde. The most advanced nanotechnological coatings of Akzo build a manometer-size “maze” of which numerous intelligentized nanometer-scale plates constitute and form long and complicated routes, making it difficult for the formaldehyde to release out once it enters into the maze. The spraying house of Gema has four suction sockets at its bottom, which forms a perfect coating environment. Stable and soft suction of air without any disturbed flows together with continuous powder recycling system ensure sustained and steady coating effect. Under the technical support from the top global brands stated above, Worldde has set strict emission standards to the processing dusts, waste gas, acid-alkali wastewater and heavy metals of the eco-coating production line, which is totally lower than that of GB21900-2008 grade I pollutant. We have to say that it is the science that interprets the “hard power” of Worldde ecological production line.
