Pulleys from TOPROLL are widely used all over the world，such as electric power, steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, coal mines and port industries. So far, more than 50000 pulleys have been supplied either from the standard range or tailor made to suit customer requirements. With the development and optimization of pulley design and rich practical experience, CREATION offers solutions for TOPROLL pulleys to meet any requirements. In order to keep good movement of TOPROLL Pulleys, we provide a comprehensive service, ranging from advice during the selection stage to maintenance and repair.
According to different conditions and applications, Creation can produce pulleys in various specifications whose diameter is between 200mm and 2800mm, to adapt to all kinds of material conveying equipments whose belt widths is from 500mm to 2400mm. Different specifications pulley type, use different technology, medium duty pulleys are provided with steel end discs welded to the cylindrical body using V-type weld preparations. Heavy duty pulleys have discs manufactured from cast steel with high intensity ductile iron. The pulleys are connected to pulley shafts using friction type locking element. We adopt fixed pillow block or taut pillow block. Pulleys are lagged byplane or pattern( diamond or "人"type and etc.)rubber surface. Both big diameter pulleys and non-magnetic pulleys adopt world-renowned bearings. Outstanding features of the TOPROLL pulleys are the exceptionally long service life and extreme reliability, which are the result of a sequence of “extras” during production. Thus, the weld preparation on end disks, and casings are machined and all weld seams are internally ground.
