[Uses and Effect]
1. Strengthening of various resins and engineering plastics
Field: polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ABS resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin polyester resin.

[Suggestion of use]
1. General suggested usage (resin): 3% - 20%.
2. In a high-speed mixer (105 ~ 120℃), 5 minutes to dry, and coupling agent (diluted with solvent) mixed 5 ~ 10 minutes, to cold and mix use with a plastic resin which will be better use effect.
3. With the use of 2% polymers with maleic anhydride (compatibility), the effect will be better.
4. The effects have the relationship with the plasticizing capacity of the use devices, dispersing ability, add type, and recommend to use plastics, mixing well, low shearing equipment, lateral feeding.
[Use range]
1. Reinforced flame retardant modification of engineering plastics, including PP (and PE, PA-6, PVC, ABS). Such as: the automotive industry, household appliances, pipe and other special materials.
2. After petrochemical plant resin synthesis, add with other auxiliary directly, become a kind of resin grades.
