Introduction
Autoclave is a large pressurized vessel in which aerated concrete, lime-sand bricks and fly ash bricks are steamed action. It is widely used in autoclaved green bricks, fly ash bricks and aerated concrete blocks and so on autoclaved products. Meanwhile, it is widely used in other autoclaved production. Such as high-strength gypsum, thermal insulation material, rubber products, high-strength glass, cement pile and wood, medicine and chemical industry.
The structure of autoclave
The product is a horizontal device made of steel, whose cover is made of a whole piece of 16 Mnr steel plate, and the cover flange is processed by 16Mn steel plate. The welding lines of pressed parts have received heat treatment and NDT strictly.
