It has fixed assets of 68 million Yuan (RMB) and ten advanced production lines.The safety glass of 1600000 square meters is produced annually,such as the tempered glass,zone-tempered glass,the electrically-heated safety glass,laminated glass,sealed insulating glass and bullet-resisting glass,etc.
The advanced production technology and complete test and inspection devices of the company can meet the requirements of various tests and inspection of product performance required by the GB9656-2003 Standard.For the products,from the incoming material to finished products, we strictly carry out "self-check","mutual inspection" and "special inspection" at each working procedures so as to guarantee that "the unqualified products are prohibited to be delivered" .In 2002,the tempered glass,zone-tempered glass and laminated glass have obtained CCC(Certification No.E000159) In 2005,the company obtained certification of United States- "DOT" (certification No.DOT-826).The bulletproof glass produced by the company has been tested to be qualified by the Public Security Ministry of P.R.China and in 2005 the company obtained the bullet-proof production license (license No.Yu091001).In 2006,the company got Europe certification with the certification- ECE R43( No.E4-43R-000130 )For tempered glass and (E4-43R-000131) for laminated glass.The 16949 certification is under application.
