Shouju Industrial Limited is a professional ISO9001 certified plastic injection mold maker & molder with 20 years' experiences. we have 4 factories ,one for natural mould ,one for big mould,one for precision mould,and the last one for tooling. We specialize in the design and manufacture of injection molds, We can serve industrial of Automotive, Electrical Household, OA, Audio, Mobile Phone and Medical Instrument etc. with moulds from small, precise mobile phone parts to big automotive parts. We build for you from prototype mold to production mold, moulds up to 8 tons in weight and up to 1.5 meters in length. We can also run parts for you, we have 36 sets injection machine, the force ranges from 50 tons and 650 tons.. We have state-of-the-art moldmaking machinery, 24 TOYO plastic injection molding machines and over 400 skilled and dedicated workforces.and a group of professional engineers; We are producing 650-750 molds per year with the highest quality, precision, efficiency and service. Over 90% of the molds were shipped to the United States and Europe for production.
We are specialized in building molds with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, collapsible core and automatic unscrewing actions. We stock steel P20, H13, S7, 420SS from Finkl (US),Thyssen (Germany), Uldelhom (Sweden) and use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO and etc. Every year we produce about 100 runnerless mold using DME, INCOE, Mold Master, HUSKY, Mastip, Synventive and Yudo systems.
