Duplex helical blade structure applied for lower cutting pressure, higher efficiency and steady operation. The helical blade, made of special material, with optimal blade roll structure, is of long using life. Optimized machine structure design with fine building frame. The feeding section is connected to main machine through rails for easier adjustment. The finely made high-precision gear conveyor system applied for minimized clearance, steady operation and lower noise. High precision within ±1mm at even speed, and within ±1.5mm when accelerate. Standard single blade cutter and two machines can be used as double type.
