Shandong Deyuan Fruits & Vegetables Co., Ltd. is located in Heze City, Shandong Province, where is very near from Chinese famous garlic planting base named Jinxiang County, Shandong Province. It is a large-size producer and deep processing enterprise from agricultural planting, harvesting, storage, refrigeration, till deep processing and export.
The total investment of the company is 12 million US dollars and its total construction area is 66.8 thousand square meters. It's cold storage capacity is more than 20 thousand tons. The
company has advanced dehydration and milling machinery and equipments. The production are wholly controlled by quality assurance department, from the inspection of incoming raw materials, to the entire production process, until the export of finished product.
The main products of the company are various dehydrated vegetables like garlic (flakes, powder, granules), white onion (flakes, powder, granules), carrots (flakes, strips), spinach (powder, flakes), spring onions, chives, red/green bell peppers (granules, flakes), cabbage and tomatoes, etc.. The company's annual production capacity is 20 thousand tons. It has enjoyed import and export rights, and the products are mainly exported to North America, South America, EU, Southeast Asia and other countries.
The company has its own vegetable planting base of 20 million square meters, among which garlic、 white onion and spinach are the main varieties. The planting base can fully meet the requirements of nature and pollution-free, as soil, water and surrounding environment of the base are strictly inspected and tested regularly.
The company has advanced, multi-function testing center which can do all kinds of testing and inspections according to customer's requirements. such as micro-organisms, moisture, color, mesh size, sulfur dioxide, water insoluble, acid insoluble matters, etc.. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the tests, the lab regularly compare their testing results with third-party labs like SGS, SINO, CIQ. The company focus on scientific development, rely on technological progress, and have established a good quality management system. It has obtained ISO9001: 2008 & HACCP certificates , KOSHER certificate, BRC certificate, QS certificate, HALAL certificate,GAP and FDA registration.The company acquired the BRC grade A certificate by SGS audit in April 2011.
