Detailed Description
The sublimation ink technology is based on the properties of some sublimation dye to sublime through heat,thus permanent
colouring the textile fibres or the synthetic materials they get in contact during the sublimation process.
The dyes are applied the sublimation inks on coated paper which is ,then,dried,coupled with substrate to be decorated and
finally transferred by means of a heat press .Other operation are not needed.
Printing on paper allows to have extremely accurated graphic reproductions.
The heat transfer can be made in a rapid way and with no difficultes at all.
The colors being transferred have the follows characteristics:
● Vivid and extremely brilliant
● Perfectly transparent as they dye the substrate with no deposite on the surface
●They do not change the hand or the feature of the printed substrate due to the fact that only the dye has been transferred.
●They are solid and have good resistance.
The application on paper is normally carried out by means of ink-jet printing using a big-size plotter having piezo electric
heads.
