EagleArt manufacture the highest quality scratch off paper cards and plastic cards for telecom operator worldwide. Our flexible manufacturing set up utilizing state of the art technology and machinery allow us to offer a solution to all your requirement.
With over 200 staff operating a 3 shift system, our card plant last year produced and shipped 400 million cards to 30 countries around the world.
We specialize in scratch off prepaid paper cards and 760um, 500um and 300um thickness plastic cards on PVC, PET and ABS substrate. Our production set up is driven by high speed digital printing system, UV offset and automatic silkscreen machines that give us the capacity to print 5 million cards per day which feed our collation, lamination, die cut and finishing departments.
