Our company, Volvox Energy Pvt. Ltd., is a manufacturer and installer of solar mounting systems. We are strongly backed by professionals from the construction industry with decades of expertise in earthworks, machinery and fabrication. In the Solar industry we concentrate majorly on the mounting structures and civil work for projects. Our own manufacturing facilities and strategic tie-ups with other suppliers give us a significant edge in both price and quality. We also undertake electrical cabling and commissioning work.
We have a strong bench of technicians and other skilled/unskilled manpower that can be immediately mobilised to Gujarat, Rajasthan and other parts of North India. Our strategic tie-ups also mean that steel and other material can be immediately mobilised to the site at very short notice.
Volvox Energy manufactures solar trackers for both Solar PV and Solar thermal plants in the 1 MW+ size range. Our robust design ensures smooth operations even in extremely adverse conditions. The tracker is extremely resistant and stable in high wind loads. Simple design and easy scalability specifically designed for the Indian environment mean that the installation can happen in a fairly short duration. The auxiliary consumption of the tracker is less than 0.05% of the peak panel output. The minimum sensitivity is 0.01 degrees.
