Product description: The sand making machine integrates threecrushing modes,and can continuously work for 720hours. Higher crushing chamer,greater crushing impact.During the parts and material procurement,production and processing,the quality is strictly controlled.Wearing parts is optimally alocated for longer service life. Hydraulic autonomous system:convenient maintenance,high performance,low failure rate.The whole frame adopts elastic reinforcement technology,eliminating the problems like easy fracture of motor frame. Working principle: Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrigugal force,it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other,they force a vortex between impeller and shell, and hit each other several times;finally smaller stone comes out,and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transformed to sand washing machine;however,overlarge material will go back tosand maker to be recrushed.Output sizes can be mad according to customer’s requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size,other crushing equipment will be necessary. Advantages and features: Rotor design of deep-cavity is optimized and then the amount of materials is increased by 30%. Round guard plate can have a U-turn usage after partially wearing,thus to improve material utilization. Special sealing structure in the bottom of the spindle to ensure no oil sealing and leaking.
