Introduction ZXG series of pneumatic diaphragm cage-type single-seat regulating valve is a kind of medium-pressure balancing regulating valve. It takes cage-type sleeve guiding, single-seat sealing structure and multi-spring actuator. The flow passage looks like S shape. The valve uses imported MA43 series of balance sealing ring, featuring stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, accurate flow characteristic, and low noise, etc. Therefore, it is especially applied to working conditions that valve has large pressure difference and small allowable leakage. These series products boast various models as standard type, heat sink type, low temperature type, adjusting/cutting off type and sylphon sealed type, etc. The nominal pressure grade (PN) is divided into 1.6, 4.0, 6.4, and 10.0 (MPA). The valve body caliber (DN) ranges from 20 mm to 200 mm. They are applied to liquid temperature ranging from -150 to +250 °C. The leakage grade is divided into Class IV, Class V and Class VI.
