ZY Single Driven Type Teeth Roller Coal Crusher Coal Crusher Working Principle 2PLF series teeth-roller coal crusher is driven by electromotor via reducer, two tooth-roller rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction. After material dropping from the inlet to crushing chamber,firstly is classified by the tooth-roller with tooth, those which is accepted would pass through the two rollers to the discharging trough, and the massive materials would be crushed,cut, and then discharged in the discharging opening. Tooth roller Coal crusher Structure and features (1) Constant-filling fluid coupling it is used as connection between the electromotor and reducer, buffering the strike and vibration generated when starting, as well as over load protection. (2) Connecting cover The electromotor and the reducer are connected as a wholt by connecting cover,bearing the weight of the motor, protecting constant-filling fluid coupling,and ensure the electromotor and the reducer concentric rotating. Additionally, through the monitoring hole on the cover, working condition of constant-filling fluid coupling could be monitored. (4)Shaft coupling Plum-shaped elastic coupling with high-performance polyurethane are applied,greatly reduce the impact and vibration from tooth-roller to reducer.
