classification This series vibrating screen is designed based on the advanced technology of screening machine at
home and aborad,with large capacity,high sieving efficiency and long service life.The vibrator with eccentric block is
used as vibration source.The vibrator is mounted on the side plate,which provides the vibrating machine a good stress
state.The machine is jointed by ring-grooved rivets, its structure is simple,compact,firm, reliable,and easy to
maintain.This series of vibrating machine uses rubber spring to buffer, which keeps the machine running smoothly
with low noise when passing the resonance region
Structure of coal vibrating screen:
1.It can be single or double layer, and also can be designed to three or four layers as costomer’s request.
2.Screen structure can choose weaving,hole-making and polyurethane,according actual needs,please indicate when placing order.
3.The upper screening surface mesh size of double layer vibrating screen can be designed as customer’s requests if
it exceeds the specified size.
4.Voltage of the motor(Common type Y series,explosion -proof typeYB0 can be 380V or 660V.
The motor can be installed on the left or the right of the screen machine,if there is no special requirements,
we will supply Y type motor with 380V.
5.If the sieving surface angle needs to change,please state when placing order.
6.The bolt that fixed vibrating screen on to the floor is provided by the customer on their own.
