Qingdao From-Wood WPC Environmental Protection Material Co., Ltd is a professional productive enterprise, which is involved in wood fiber’s research, development, production and sale as well. At the same time, it also studying and manufacturing on wood powder and straw fiber machine. There are two factories in our company, which are manufacturing on wood powder and wood powder machine. To satisfy the need of customers, we take order-type for processing; to ensure product purity and fineness, we have already done professional experiment and testing. We can also provide drying machine, material handling equipment and some other adjunctive fitting, such as de-dusting, screening, and cooling fittings to customers. In otherwise, we can supply customers for the “all in one service” with the whole production line’s design, manufacturing, installation and debugging, from peeling, crushing, dying, grinding, sorting and packaging.
Our company receives the development idea of “practical and innovation, surpassing ourselves and motivation for excellence” and provide the service of “proper materials for appropriate utilizing, good materials for well utilizing” to customers. To satisfy the biggest need of customers, our whole production and operation processing is totally take rule of order-type.
Our products has found a good sale in foreign countries, manly in Russia and CIS countries, south＆southeast Asian countries, central＆south America countries and the Middle East area. Our products as listed below:
ⅠWood Powders, mostly are aspen powders and pine powders (specification): 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 120 mesh and some mesh beyond the above data.
Ⅱ Wood Powder Machineries: Wood Crushing Machinery (Wood Peeling Machine, Wood Chipper, Crusher), Wood Powder Drying Machinery (airflow drying), specified Wood Powder Pulverizing Machinery (Hammer Mill, power: 55kw, 75kw, 90kw), Wood Powder Screening Machinery (drum screen).
ⅢWood Powder Machinery’s capacity: A, 150-200kg/h B, 200-300kg/h C, 300-400kg/h D, 400- 500kg/h E, beyond 600kg/h.
Ⅳ Wood Powder Production Line’s raw material: various fresh wood, branches of tree, leftover bits and pieces of wood and furniture factory, branches of orchards, rice hulls, cotton stems, straws, coconuts and so on.
Ⅴ Through the production line, both wood powder’s water content and ash content can be less than 5%.
Ⅵ Our wood powder products take coated plastic bags for packaging (25kg/bag). Otherwise, if customers have some special requirement, we can talk about it in details.
