Top Interlining Co ., Ltd. is a comprehensive joint-venture, which is specialized in the research and development, production and marketing of clothing interlining. We own weaving , dyeing production lines and internationally advanced double –dot coating lines. The annual production capacity of high quality interlining has reached 40 million meters. Relying on a computer set of well-equipped laboratory and testing centers , we are able to strictly control various technical targets of supplied raw materials and finished products. We have passed ISO9001-2000 International Quality Management System Certificate and Oeko- Tex Standard 100 Ecological Certificate.
