Ezhou Jinsha Special Steel CO., Ltd is a leading alloy tool steel manufacturer. It is located in the beautiful joint of Huangshi and Ezhou from 2001. Jinsha steel covers 30000 square meters and enjoys convenient transportation. There are more than 100 employees and 20 technicians working for Jinsha steel.
Our company supplies a series of high quality products, including H13, D2, NAK80, 5CrNiMo, in strict conformance with ISO9001 system.And we also have developed some new kinds of steels such as 8407, 65Nb, HD, HM1, HM3 etc. The products of our company obtain high reputation from customers for excellent quality and well-developed network system covering east China, south China, southwest, northeast regions. Especially, tool steels such as din1.2714, din1.2842, din1.2510, din1.2346, din1.2344 produced according to EN ISO 4957, are well received by international customers.
The main equipments we own: 5-ton electric arc furnace, 1.5-ton electroslag furnace, and forging hammer of 1-ton, 3-ton, 10-ton respectively. Our annual capacity is 12 thousand tons. We have set up sound standards of production techniques, quality control, product inspection and after-sale service in accordance with ISO9001 quality management system.
