This production line is total automated and adopts PLC control system which can guarantee the product quality and production efficiency.The forming part is rotary type and continuous producing with open loop control.It is developed and manufactured out in 2 years by ourselves.Chinese national patent had been awarded to us whose number is ZL2009 2 0254927.8. The line use Mitsubishi PLC control,all components run stable with low failure rate and high yield rate.Mixing machine works well and control the density of the gypsum liquid uniformly.Gypsum powder level height in the storage large bin can be sen on the operation panel. The structures of the equipment is simple,easy to operate with low maintenance costs,and long-life.The forming mould is made with cast iron steeel with Hard Chrome-plated treatment.So the outlook of final gypsum board is smooth with standard sizes,The line is low-energy consumption with total 25KW power capacity.
