Production capacity: Rubber sealing products are manufactured on the continuous curing production line,and the total amount of high quality rubber sealing strips ofr high-grade aluminum alloy curtain wall,rubber sealing strips for automobile,rubber&plastics seals for household electrical appliance and mechanical industry,and rubber compounds are 1,000 tons or more.
Production equipment: Oure company possesses a complete set of production,inspection and testing equipment for rubber & plastics products,including high performance rubber internal mixers and open mills,fully automatic rubber extrusion and curing lines,thermoplastic elastomer extrusion lines,Vulcanizing plants,injeetion molding-general,and electronic tensile tester,rheometer,photo-electric analytical balance,hardness gauge,viscosity meter,aging oven etc.
Staff: Main technicians of our company from the authoritative rubber sealing product R&D unit of China-Northwest Rubber & Plastics Design & Research Institute.Among them are a number of returnees with doctor degrees from U.S.,Senior engineers,engineers and senior technicians with experience of 30 years in rubber productin and extrusion,and a greatu number of skilled workers of rubber & plastics production.
Material: Main material used are international famous brand of rubber and thermoplastic elastomer from Du-Pont(the U.S.),Shin-Estu(Japan) and BASF(Germany).Rubber sealing strips for aluminum alloy curtain wall,rubber & plastics products for automobile,food processing machine,mechanical industry and household electrical appliance all have been awarded production permit by Natinal Rubber Sealing Product Quality Supervision & Inspection Center.
