1. This definition is authority, accurate, also has the legal effect. According to this definition, we can see it clearly, salty food essence is a kind of food that used for salty food adding fragrance. From the varieties, salty food essence mainly includes beef, pork, chicken and other meat essence; fish, shrimp, crab and shellfish and other seafood essence,; other various dishes essence and flavoring essence.

Our company can design the project according to customer's actual requirements , currently we have the production lines with the capacity of 50kg/h, 100kg/h, 150kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500 kg/h, etc. Essence production mainly includs pretreatment of degestion, zymolysing, separation, temporary storage, spraying, drying to powder, collecting, purification and packing, etc.The essence production line features compact designing, beautiful appearance, high degree of flow-line operation, stable quality, easy cleaning and maintenance, etc. All the contact material parts are made of stainless steel, and being polished well, resistant corrosion , more convenient to clean, suitable for QS requirements of food production management and GMP standard.

2、Spray drying tower system adjusts the aspect ratio of main tower straight cylinder, Extend the retention time of material, ensure the drying effect.
3、We adjust the taper of the tower, from conventional Angle 60 ° to about 54° , full consideration of material smoothly discharged in the cone.
4、There are cooling system and jacket cooling system on the top of tower. The purpose is to prevent the temperature in tower and cone inner surface increases too high that can make the material which adsorbed on inner surface of the tower cone coking and affect the quality.
5、Using frozen dehumidification and concenratted collecting system.
After frozen dehumidifier, the filtered air quickly becomes dry and lower in temperature. And cool the material unloaded by main tower and cyclone in time, and then concentrated convey the material to clean collecting room. it has two functions:
(1) the material being rapidly cooling, avoids becoming wet in natural cooling process .
(2) concentrated clean collection, conforms to the related hygiene requirements.
6、The control system adopts color touch screen to show the display process, control and set parameters, PLC programmable can pre-set process flow, and show the display, using fuzzy technology of automatic tracking control variable parameter, so it can achieve the best effect.
7、Pipeline all adopt smooth conveying form, avoiding elbow tube plugging material.
8、Whirlwind cut inlet air technology and adjustable shell, ensure material being uniformly distributed and not return to the top.
9、Equipped with online cleaning system, reduce labor intensity and raise the control degree of the equipments.
10、Adopt waste heat recovery system, ensure low energy consumption and high efficiency, energy-saving is very obvious.
