PU Based Degranulation-free Track Material (Running Track and Field) Product description: Nalstane PU based Degranualtion-free Track material is fully MDI based polyurethane copolymers, all parts passed SGS test of non-heavy metal and Non-VOC contamination. It can be on-site casting to form running track and field with self-texture on surface which no need any EPDM or other rubber particles, imparts high abrasion resistance and no any degranulations. Nalstane PU based Degranualtion-free Track are multi layers and imparts strong but flexible structure, endurable color refreshing, and long time utilization. The installation thickness is usually 9 or 13 MM(up to IAAF standard). Feartures: 1. High abrasion resistance New formulation with advanced materials engaged, the self-textured surface is tough and very strong adhesion to substrates, imparts high abrasion resistance than traditional truck materials which relys on only EPDM or other rubber particles to form frictions. 2, Perfect Athletic Performance According to the sports biomechanical, Nalstane PU based degranualtion-free Track forms 3 layers construction, a innovation layer of closed-porous foaming elastic material is inside, which gives high resilience when deformed. The rebound rate exceeds the standard of IAAF which helps reduce the damage force to body and gives perfect supports to athletes foots. It is a new sports flooring structure in the world. 3, Super Weatherability: The innovation materials of Anti-Sunlight and Attack-fungus formulated inside Nalstane PU based Degranualtion-free Track, which imparts excellent performance in aging-resistance, mildew proofing and bacterial resistance. Comparing to traditional ultraviolet absorbents and mould inhibitors, the new formulation is more environmental friendly. No Benzene hydrocarbon solvent contained. 4, Strong Adhesion: The advanced materials can wetting/penetrate substrate fast and curing with react functions to form a net-connected structures together with substrate, imparts much more strong adhesion than traditional PU track materials, easily solved the traditional problems of delaminations and blisters. Installation instruction: 1, Substrate treatment: A tight, uniform and even surface is required to avoid the need for additional applications of Filler Coat. New asphalt surfaces shall be allowed to cure for a minimum of 10 days before the installation. The surface finish shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove all loose dirt, dust, oil, grease, leaves and other debris. The surface shall be flooded with water to check for low areas. Minor depressions up to 3mm may be leveled using undiluted Filler Coat applied by steel trowel/squeegee or a combination of both. Deeper depressions and minor surface cracks shall be filled with Nalstane M-200 blending with concrete. 2, casting elastic base: mixing the two parts elastic materials with EPDM or black rubber granules according to TDS listed ration, add in the catalyst and diluents according to the on-site temperature. Stirring for required time and then casting all the mixing onto substrate with expected thickness, make the surface even. 3, install closed-porous elastic layer: Mixing the two parts closed porous elastic materials according to TDS listed ration, knife coating it onto cured elastic base. 4, spray coating the self-texture layer: Mixing the two parts self-texture materials according to TDS listed ration, an air-less press spray gun is used for installation. The coating shall form a texture on surface automatically, after curing, the surface performs high slip proofing, which meet the standard of IAAF. 5, Line mark: Measure the courts according to IAAF standard, paint the line twice, after curing, cleaning and housekeeping.
