Our NBSC bricks are designed for excellent performance including high compressive and flexural strength, good anti-washing resistance of molten aluminum, low liner expansion and long service life. Available Types & Sizes: Sidewall brick, corner brick, bottom brick, compound bricks. All sizes can be customized by the customers. Typical Chemical Analysis: SiC: > 72.00%; Si3N4: > 22.00%; Free-Si: <0.30%; Fe2O3: < 0.30%. Typical Technical Data: Porosity: < 15%; Volume Density: > 2.70 g/cm3; Compressive Strength (20 oC): > 200 MPa; Flexural Strength (20 oC): 45 MPa; Thermal Coefficient (1000 oC): > 17.00 W/ (m.K); Liner Expansion (30-1000 oC): 4.02 × 10-6 /K; Working Temperature: approx. 1700 oC.
