Our product is designed for smelting or casting of molten aluminum, aluminium alloys, magnesium alloys, copper alloys, lead and zinc. a. Excellent thermal conductivity; b. High washing resistance, oxidation resistance; c. Good thermal shock resistance; d. Low wettability with the melts; e. High cost performance, long service life. Also we can supply Al2O3 and Si3N4 (SSN, RBSN, G.P.S-SN, HPSN) based tubes. Please contact us if interested. Available Size & Types: OD max: Φ150 mm, L max: 1700 mm. Typical chemical analysis: SiC: > 75.00%; Si3N4: >22.00%; Free-Si: < 0.20%; Fe2O3: < 0.15%. Typical Technical Data: Porosity: < 16%; Bulk Density: > 2.55 g/cm3; Compressive Strength: > 140 MPa; Flexural Strength: > 45 MPa; Thermal Conductivity (1200℃): > 17.5 × 10-6 W/ (m?℃); Thermal Expansion (20℃-1200℃): < 4.5 × 10-6 /℃.
