1.Adopt 2048 high performance CCD image sensor, color selection resolution is 0.07mm2, slight color difference at rice partial area can be clearly distinguished. 2. High performance industrial lens is specially designed aiming at rice color selection, its parameters are custom-made according to rice color selection requirements, and optical path is optimized, all to ensure all teas rice can be perfectly imaged on image sensor. 3. The high-speed DSP digital image processing technology possesses higher detection speed and recognition rate. Design color selection algorithm software specially aiming at rice, accurately realize signal conversion to ensure effectively delete slight pathology changes and light yellow particle. 4. Master control system adopts ARM high-end embedded processor, effectively enhance control speed and color selection precision. Overall unit adopts intelligent closed-loop control. Industrial grade data bus ensures reliability of communication and control system, and good anti-interference ability. 5. Adopts 7'' inch TFT color touch screen as operator interface, easy to set parameters and operate, colorful interface will well glut your eyes. Adopt professional high speed air valves, with high action response frequency, low power consumption, and long service life. Simultaneous detection by two sides, with six work pattern, adapt to various polished rice selection requirements, and with high precision and low undetected error rate. 6. High speed air valve is used to ensure quick response, low power consumption and long service life. Vision Special CCD detection lens Currently, common commercial lenses on the market are photograph lenses which have low resolutions and low depth of field. The ideal working distance is infinite and the band pass area in the mirror filming is mainly in the visible spectral band, which cannot satisfy the professional requirements of color sorting. Therefore, through years’ research and accumulation, the special lenses are designed for color detection. The lenses have (up to 2000,000 pixels), standard depth of field (15mm), low distoration,wide spectrum and best effective working distance to meet detection requirements on materials with different shapes and color. Vision CCD color sorters use professional large-size optical lenses. The working parameters are customized according to material color sorting requirements. The optimized light path structure ensures proper imaging and high image quality. The dynamic response scope of the CCD used on Vision color sorters reaches 2000 bits. Therefore, the CCD is more senstive to fine color changes and differentiaties colors in more detailed manners. The color sensing precision is thus increased ,effectively increasing the color sorting detection precision(increase by 20% or more). Vision Signal processing and control system 1.
