Alkali protease One.Presentation This product is a solid enzyme preparation which is extracted from the fermented deeply Bacillus Subtilis,which can hydrolyze macromolecular protease to free amino acid,etc.It can be expansively used in heparin sodium,chondroitin,removing gule of silk,removing fur of feather,wash of adding enzyme,etc. Two.Using condition The most suitable temperature:40-50 centi grade,the most suitable PH:9-12 Three.Product character and storage This product is powder,and 85 percent can pass 40 meshed sieve,and the water content is below 8 percent,and weight of each package is 2kg or 20kg,30kg. Four.Operating standard It accords with QB1805-93 of People Republic Of China. Five.Using quantity and methods 1. Used in Heparin Sodium. (1).Adding salt and alkali,and it is the same with dissolving salt in the front stage. (2).The low temperature increase to 56 centi grade,and this lasts 1 hour. (3).The proportion of adding enzyme is 7 percent. (4).Two kilogram enzyme of 100 thousand unit should be added into a piece of small intestine. (5).The temperature should be increased to 60 centi grade after adding enzyme. (6).This temperature should be lasted 4-6 hours. (7).Filter after temperature increase to 80 centi grade. (8).If you finish filtering,you can add Resin after the temperature cools off to 60 centi grade. (9).The procedure of dissolving salt is different. 2. Used in Chondroitin (1).This enzyme should be firstly mixed well-proportionedly using water,and then added into the material. (2).0.6-1 percent of enzyme should be added in the all process of enzyme dissolution.This addition should be separated twice:60-70 percent of the total quantity of enzyme should be added in the front two third times,and then the rest can be added in the back one third times. (3).Condition of dissolving enzyme:temperature:45-50 centi degree,PH:8.9 Time:5-8 hours,and you mix kindly it once each other half hour. (4).You can adjust the using quantity and the dissolution condition according to the trait of material and fact. 3.Used in removing glue of silk Advanced treatment-removing water-acid treatment-(Protease 18-24U/ml,soap 0.75 percent,48-50 centi grade,30-60 minutes,PH:7-8)-removing water-pulling feather-washing-removing water-loosing-roasting-loosing. 4.Used in removing fur of feather Material fur-washing-degreasing-alkali expanding-removing hair-splitting-removing alkali-removing hair using enzyme-washing using water-dip in acid-tanning. Removing hair using enzyme can simplify the manufacture process,induce the producing circle,improve product quality,increase the rate of getting feather,low cost,improve environment,etc. Six.Granular enzyme Granular enzyme is made from 2709 alkali protease,which is added into washing enzyme to make enzyme detergent.It has very good capacity of romoving dirt,prolonging fiber’s life span,shortening the washing time,erc. It has very obvious result in removing sweat and oil signal. Seven.Storage and transportation This product is a kind of active substance,which is put in cool and dry place and avoids strong light,heat,moist in order to keep its activity.You should avoid strong shining and rain when you transport them.They can be guaranteed for one year.
