1, Descirption
Connect this handy adapter to your HDTV and then connect a standard male HDMI wire to this adapter. Ideal for TV's that are wall-mounted, but do not leave enough room for the cable to easily connect.
Once male HDMI end is inserted, adapter has approx 3/8" (protruding) clearance. Gold Plated, HDMI 1.3 certified.
2, Important Note about Resistance: Due to the added resistance introduced when an HDMI switch, connector, adapter, wall-plate, or splitter is used, we recommend the use of THICKER (higher gauge) HDMI cables.
Be sure to check the orientation (ie up or down) that you need by comparing the PHOTO of this adapter to the orientation of your female HDMI port on your TV (or other device).
