Conveyer belts with corrugated flanges are used widely in the material conveyer in the field like port, metallurgical, mining, power, coal, casting, construction material, grain and cement etc., which is able to convey any loose material continuously at the angle of 0-90°. It features on large conveying inclination, wide usage, small space, no transfer point, less civil engineering investment, low maintenance fee and large capacity, etc., which reaches the scope that ordinary conveyer belt or pattern one can not to do. Corrugated conveyer belts with flanges can be designed into a whole set convey system based on surroundings, no elevated system for complex feeding needed. The belt can convey various scattered materials, from ore and sand to fertilizers and foodstuff, from small to the grains of 400, horizontally, vertically and the angles altered. The capacity might reach to 1-6000m3/h.
