Steel core conveyer belt is comprised of framework-zinc plated steel wires distributed in equal tensile forces at vertically determined intervals, which is covered by different core and overlay glue, and then shaped and vulcanized. It can be classified into general and rip resistance type with transverse reinforcement layer based on the structures, and into general and incombustible, cold and heat resistance and ozone resistance, and so on. It is characteristic of tension resistance, very small prolongation, good trough formation, good flexibility, and impact resistance, suitable for conveying not only high strength, long distance and heavy load, but also short distance conveying, used widely in heavy industry like metallurgical, coal mine and port, etc.
