Detailed Description
Installation of air conditioning unit such as EU is one of the main components of the general exchange ventilation of buildings, shops and other facilities and is designed for cooking and air with the necessary technological requirements for two major factors: temperature and humidity.
The unit consists of a rigid block structure, whose composition is determined by the requirements dictated by customers' specifications.
Installing a complete set may include:
* Units to control air flow and air to the desired degree with the help of a wide range of different filters;
* Heaters for heating air using hot water, steam and electricity;
* Coolers connecting to an external system making chilled water (chillers) or to the compressor-condenser units direct evaporation of refrigerant;
* Mufflers varying degrees of effectiveness;
* Fan modules;
* Reclaimers bucket, plate and liquid type;
* Connection and corner section.
All units can be fitted with observation windows, doors for maintenance and additional interior lighting. Fan section has a davit for installing and removing the fan or the motor for repairs and maintenance.
External panels, of which blocks are going to have good heat and sound insulation. Special gaskets and mounting system blocks provide complete sealing of the external connecting circuit.
Installation is made in a range of performance in the air from 0,2 m 3 / sec (720 m3/hr) up to 33,6 m3 / s (120 000 m3 / h) with a total pressure of the fan to 3,000 Pa.
Selection of parameters for each unit is made using a special computer program.
Installing the system is equipped with automated temperature control air supply and maintain the return water temperature in the temperature chart. This system provides full protection for the radiator from freezing water and air, provides the function of night operation, switching on and off according to a programmed schedule of weekdays and holidays, while ensuring the possibility of dispatching it with a remote control station.
The entire installation as a whole and all its components are individually designed, manufactured and tested in full compliance with international quality standard ISO 9001 and GOST-R
