Our manufacturer is Russia's only producer of ventilators "Tsentrimaster". High quality fan-art technology provided by the Swedish assembly equipment.
Radial (centrifugal) fan "Tsentrimaster" is used to move air and other gas mixtures, aggressiveness, which in relation to the quality carbon steel not exceeding aggressive air, with temperatures ranging from -40 º C to +40 º C, non-sticky substances, fibrous materials containing dust and other particulate matter less than 100 mg/m3, with a density of 1.2 kg/m3 (GOST 5976).
Subject to the general provisions of safety of nuclear plants and with the permission of GAN and other official documents can be used as equipment for nuclear power plants.
Fans can be made explosion-proof version for compliance with safety regulations PB-03-590-03 and can be used to service the hazardous areas for the Class 1, 2, GOST R 51330.13.
In a special performance of the fan can be used to smoke at the maximum gas temperature 400 º C for 120 minutes. To this end, the execution must take a flexible insertion of the heat-resistant fabric.
Fan design
Fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel. Side of the body is stamped in one piece element. This ensures the accuracy of the inlet hole and the mounting base frame. Input grooves stamped into the side walls, contribute to a very high rigidity of the shell, which, in turn, provides, even at high speeds of rotation of the impeller fan running smoothly without vibration. Sides and directing the body are connected by a tested, "Pittsburg folding method", which provides tight, strong joints. Jumper on the fan outlet ("language") is designed to achieve its best aerodynamic parameters.
GT fans are equipped with electric motors series AIS, AIM, AIM and 4VR.
