XinRao industry ,which invested 10 millon HKD, headquarters on 23/F B07 Hover Industrial Building No.26-38 KWAI CHEONG ROAD Kwai Chung N.T, HongKong.Our factories are located in Guangtian Road, Songgang town(the metal processing factory) and Longwang temple Industrial in Fuyong towm (the sheet metal processing factory), which both belong to Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong province.
XinRao now has more than 280 employees, factory area for 7000 square meters.We have a skilled professional team for sales, marketing, reaserch, and a high level and high quality of the management team (including 15% with college degree and 8% with bachelor degree), all have many years of experience in the field of dies & tooling .
We have advanced mechanical & automatic machines, such as Tonnage presses(max.300T), CNC processing centre, CNC lathes, Japan sand Dick precision wire cutting machine, grinding machine, milling machine, NC welding, German TK laser cutting machine, linear cutting machine and press, Waterjet(Maximum cutting board 100MM * 2000MM * 4000MM), and even CNC3 time element projector precision measurement equipment. With the joint efforts of employees, Xin Rao has been developing rapidly and has accumulated rich experience in precision metal mold design and manufacturing, metal stamping, sheet metal processing, cabinets, precision machining of various types of sophisticated private parts, automotive mold design and manufacturing, and even could make Continues production mould, Progressive mould and Single stamping mould with the dimension of 1.5*1.0m as per our customers’ requiry.
We have been working hard to introduce advanced management methods and technology in order to guarantee the quality and satisfy our customers continuously. We are certified by ISO9001:2000.
