Zhuoya is a developing garments manufacturer with innovation, we pay great attention on designing and make fast action according to the market's trends. We not only produce high quality products in a short time, but also do effort to be one-stop supplier based on the customers'requirements, thus we can provide our customers with professional desinging of garments, fabric soursing, producing, QC management, sell and logistic, and etc more value-added services.
Zhuoya has the headquater located in Hong Kong, and a brach office in the fashion city of China – Humen through which we can manage the designing and production in Mainland China. We also successively established manufacturing facilities in Guangdong province, Jiangxi province and Fujian province. Our designing working roon in Humen transfered the order information from the headquater into product samples that meet customer's requirements, and then dispatch the order to the most appropriate factory through ERP management systerm. With quality controling of whole process and sharing information, we not only improved products quality effectively and reduced cost, but also made our production efficiency greatly ascend. Now the annual capacity reaches 500,000 pcs of woven garments and 1 million pcs of knitting garments
