Mebong coating mainly are the water organic( represented by acrylic) and improved composition(acrylic, modified silicone, modified fluorine). Coating Primer Type:
1, weaken closed primer (only for outdoor: MT-10, only for indoor: MT-D20) has strong penetration, can hence the base structure, which is focus on the Chinese cement alkali feature, can keep away the left alkali from the color painting
2, water-base alkali-resistance primer (only for outdoor: MT-D30, only for indoor: MT-D40) containing special acrylic adhesive nano-particles, with good penetration so as to infiltrate into the surface pore, and strengthen the base structure.
3, super alkali resistance closed primer (only for Fluorocarbon paint: MT-D90) applied to all kinds of high-alkali base structures, require complete separation of basic components to the base surface coating paint system

MT-N10 advanced mat emulsion varnish: water-based acid type, painting in the horizontal direction
MT-N20 advanced mercerized emulsion varnish: water-based acid type, painting in the horizontal direction
MT-N30 3 in 1 luxury emulsion varnish: protective coating combine waterproof, anti-moldy, wash resistance
MT-N50 5 in 1 luxury emulsion varnish: protective coating combine super anti-scrubbing and with flexibility covering the tiny crack, waterproof, anti-moldy, penetration resistance and adhesive
MT-N60 economic indoor wall emulsion varnish: common waterborne coatings for engineering customers
Construction Guidelines:
Consumption indicator: the thickness of the coating layer at least 35 micron/time; 120g/m2/time; 4-5m2/kg/2 times
Surface treatment: the substrate surface should be dry and clean, with no grease and other attached things. PH＜10, and smooth structure, solid, and no missing. Old structure surface should make appropriate treatment
Operate requirement: the temperature under 5℃ or above 90℃ is not suitable for operation
