Detailed Description
PLASTISOL, also known as Plastisol Ink, oily paste. Non solvent ink Appearance: Creamy Components: resins, (non-solvent, water), pigments and other additives. 100% solid content. Features: It's thin in stirring and thick in storing, thin in summer and winter opposite. The surface will not be getting dry under room temperature, it will be completely solidified after baking for 1~3 minutes with 150~180℃. Application: 1. Suitable for automatic, handwork printing, can create 3D right angle, round angle effects etc. 2. The solidifying processing depends on the temperature and time. Higher temperature with shorter time, lower temperature with longer time. 160~180℃ is suggested to improve product efficiency. 3. How can we know if it’s solidified ? The plastisol ink is elastic and there’s no flour when scrape it, otherwise it’s not solidified. 4. Suitable for cotton, blending, Dacron, jean and all other fabrics which is porous and can resistant in 150~180℃ high temperature.
