Shanghai Deepwave Diving Equipment Co., Ltd is opened from Jan-2009 and located in Qingpu Industry park, Shanghai, China. Factory with about 4000 square meters workshop and 1000square meters warehouse and more than one hundred workers, 80% of workers are experienced in wetsuit products technique and 30% of them are High educated means graduated from university. Good work team rich our competitive strength in this market.
Our company products mainly use “Neoprene” as basic material, products range including wetsuit, surfing suit, rash guard, gloves to life vest, wader, sports support, body-building pants, diving boots and some fitness accessories such as cooler & holders, pouches & case. But our top capacity products are surfing and diving suit and rush guard. It can be get wetsuit 150,000pcs & gloves 300,000prs & other products 150,000pcs per year. We offer package service to customers to meet their one-stop purchase purpose. We always keep improving our quality and products system to satisfy our customer’s need.
All buyers can choose the correct materials according his market in our factory. We provide different resort of raw material.
High price level rubbers are from JAKO of Korea and YAMAMOTO of Japan.
Middle price level rubbers are from Taiwan suppliers.
Low price level rubbers are from China local suppliers.
Same as rubbers, our fabric also buy fabric from Korea, Taiwan and china local market, so it can fit customer’s different market request.
Our high level materials are all in the acceptable range of safety in global standard with certifications, such as PAH, AZO.PCP, Heavy metal, SVHC, Phthalates, UV protection.
Our factory has accumulated the designing, exploring, manufacture and sale service in a whole. Our manufacture also complete from splitting and lamination to cutting, printing, gluing, stitching and package. In every process we arrange one or two worker do quality control. They work from raw materials to ready goods, each pieces product must be tested carefully then allow to ship out.
Most products of our factory are exported to European, USA, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong as so on. We face to market with our own brand “JESCUBA” and also manufacture water sports products for many famous brands through OEM and ODM service, We also grow much through working with those brands.
