Detailed Description
Our NBSC rotor is designed for excellent performance including easily replaceable and repairable separated shaft and impeller, good anti-washing resistance of molten zinc, high condensation efficiency and long service life. Available Size: Rotor shafts: diameter Φ50 mm-Φ150 mm, length 300-1700 mm; Rotor impellers: diameter Φ100 mm-Φ380 mm, thickness 40-80 mm. Or according to clients’ demands. Applications: Rotor for splash condenser in electric zinc furnace or vertical retorting furnace. Typical Chemical Analysis: SiC: > 80.00%; Si3N4: > 15.00%; Free-Si: < 0.20%; Fe2O3: < 0.20%. Typical Technical Data: Porosity: < 15%; Volume Density: > 2.70 g/cm3; Compressive Strength: > 120 MPa; Degassing Efficiency: > 50%; Revolutions: 300-750 rpm; Working Temperature: 1000-1400 °C; Service Life: > 50 days.
