Our product is designed for smelting or casting of molten aluminum, aluminium alloys, magnesium alloys, zinc and copper alloys. a. High density, high mechanical strength; b. Excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion; c. High washing resistance, oxidation resistance, acid resistance and thermal shock resistance; d. Low wettability with the melts, bring minimum impurities to the melts; e. High cost performance, long service life. Also we can supply Si3N4 (SSN, RBSN, G.P.S-SN, HPSN), O’-SiAlON tubes. Please contact us if interested. Available Size & Types: ID max: Φ220 mm, Length max: 1700 mm; Vertical type (metal flange type, one body type), horizontal type and pencile type. Applications: Low pressure die casting and counter pressure die casting of molten aluminum, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and copper alloys; zinc smelting. Typical chemical analysis: SiC: > 72.00%; Si3N4: >25.00%; Free-Si: < 0.20%; Fe2O3: < 0.15%. Typical Technical Data: Porosity: < 11%; Bulk Density: > 2.60 g/cm3; Compressive Strength: > 175 MPa; Flexural Strength: > 70 MPa; Thermal Conductivity (1400 °C): > 16.5 × 10-6 W/ (m?°C); Thermal Expansion (20℃-1400 °C): < 4.0 × 10-6/ °C; Maximum Working Temperature: 1550 °C.
