Features: ● Built-in water treatment system can produce high purity deioned water of which purity is up to 18MΩ±0.2. Cleanliness override US MIL-P-28809 I-level standard. The waste water is environment friendly, can be drained out directly and in accordance with national regulations ”Wast Water Discharge Standard-----GB8978-1996” ● Adopt centrifugal spray to wash and rinse. There are up, middle, down three-layer spray arm to equally spray and remove the colophony flux, clean-free flux and water-soluble flux residues. ● Easy to operate: according to the cleaning program, automatically generate high pure deioned water, then complete water in and drain, heating, suction, washing, rinsing, cleanliness test, drying, printing report etc. ● Flexible program setting, powerful function: each cleaning step can be executed single or combined, the running time, temperature and running times can be freely set. ● Large washing capacity, PCB could be set in two-layer and three kind of brackets matched in the system. ● Built-in conductivity/cleanliness monitor system, conductivity can be preset and controlling range is 10µs～200µs。 ● Intellectualized microcomputer control, big size LCD real-time display, limit alarm, automatically display fault causes ● Code protection ● Provided with printer, print report after cleaning procedure.
