The hot overlay presses produced by Luotong are widely used in wood processing, building materials, decoration and other industries, which could be applied to the processing of particle board, MDF, melamine-impregnated paper as well as the overlay processing of aluminum trioxide wear-resistant paper of high density floors. The hot overlay presses vary in spec like: 4 x 8, 4 x 9, 5 x 8, 6 x 8, 7 x 9 square feet and other specs.
Hot presses apply framework structure, equip with feeding carts and, ejecting rolling bracket. The system uses advanced HMI and PLC program to control, which has advantages like simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, safe and reliable, less cover of areas. On the other hand, regarding to requirements made by customer, Luotong could equip feeding pavement equipments, auto ejecting sucker casts, double cycling temperature control system, variable frequency power-saving system, forced wind cooling system and other devices, providing services to our customers with sincerity.
