Basalt composite BFRP [Product introduction] Produced by high strenth basalt fiber and vinyl epoxy resin which have been pultrued, winded, surface painted, BFRP is a kind of high strenth and excellent corrosion resistance construction marterial. It can be composite molded and manufactured continuously. Compared with traditional reinforced concrete structure, BFRP has a superior mechanical properties, physical properties, chemical properties and it will extend the life of the reinforced concrete structure obviously in the corrosive conditions. 1. High tensile strenhth. The tensile strenth of BFRP is 2 times more than ordnary steel of the same size. 2. Excellent corrosion resistance which can’t be surpassed by any other fiber fibric. 3. Low density. The density of BFRP is just about 1/4 of the ordnary steel. 4. Thermal expansion coefficient of BFRP is similar to concrete and they won’t produce high temperature stress. 5. Excellent wave transparence,no shielding. 6. no conductivity, no thermal conductivity. 7. Can be prefabricated to standard curve and other shapes.
