Patent Introduction: (the second patent)
The patent was applied on August 28th, 2006 in China and is going to be authorized in a short period. The right of priority for application in foreign countries will be effective until August 28th, 2007. The patent is relating to a new type bicycle.
Background Technique:
A kind of scooter has been put into temporary market as a sports article as the patent numbered ZL 03274782.shows, of which the principal is that: people stands on the scooter with the left foot and the right food closing and opening the left swing arm and the right swing arm respectively, consequently the rear wheels at the lower end of the left swing arm and the right swing arm can be triggered to swing and then the whole scooter can be pushed under the effect of the frictional force from the swinging rear wheels. Since the structure of such scooter is so simple that user can merely operate the scooter while standing on the scooter, therefore, long period operation in standing will lead to injury on user’s vertebra. The second disadvantage is, also due to the simple structure of the currently widely used scooter, user can only operate such scooter while standing on it; and long period and long distance operation on the scooter is impossible. As a result, such scooter acts merely as sports article and will never become a new type popular vehicle serving in people’s life.
Invention Introduction
For the sake of solving the above defect and problem, the applied new type aims at providing a new type bicycle which is the structurally upgraded and improved version of the conventional scooter, thus user may sit on the scooter, making long period and long distance operation possible. In this case, the scooter becomes a new type vehicle for the population. Another fact is, in the respect of sports and exercise, the operation on the new type bicycle is a simulation of horse riding machine, thus the advancing process becomes more relaxing, pleasant. The new type scooter also meets the requirements of human engineering to a large extent, so operation on such a vehicle will bring much more reasonable exercises on human body.
