Jacket Ball Valve

Introduction:
The product has fine thermal insulation properties. The diamter of the valve is the same with the caliber of the pipeline. The media is linear, with little resistance and high viscosity, easy to solidify. The overall jacket design can insulate evenly and keep cold. Jacket, the outside of the body weld with the adapter of the jacket, with the pressure of steam or cold water no more than 1Mpa.
Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other types of systems, make sure to transfer high-viscosity media in the normal temperature condition.

Feature:
As the valve diameter is consistent with the caliber of the pipeline, the media is linear with little resistance and high-viscosity easy to solidify.
Small and Light
The average valve has a larger volume compared with the ball valve, so the jacket ball valve is small and light.
Insulation and Cooling
With an overall-style jacket design, the ball valve can better insulate and keep cool.
Thermal Insulation
Jacket and its outside body weld with the pipeline, with pressure of the steam or cold water no higher than 10kgf/cm2(1Mpa).

Direction for use:
Temperature and pressure limitations
Name shows the maximum and minimum operating temperature of the maximum allowable operating pressure.
With the RTFE or PTFE material of the valve seat and sealing, the working temperature should limit between-290C to 2000C. Other types of operating temperature of valve seats and sealing, the plant should be subject to the examination of KI.
Nominal pressure of the valve may indicate the maximum working pressure in the normal temperature condition. ( For example: PN4.0, indicating its operating temperature is -290C- 380C when the maximum working pressure is 40 Bar (4.0MPa).
