Luoyang Jiawei Bearing Manufacture Limited Company is an enterprise that manufacture and sell turntable bearings, great or weithty bearings and non-standard bearings. It is advanced in tumtable bearing and special bearing's research and development. It began to sell weighty turntable bearings abroad in 2003 and got very good remark.
Our company to relies on the most important bearing manufacture base-Luoyang. So We have strong technical force. Our ability of tackle key problems of products in the same trade. Our technical persons make innovations and develop new products gradvally. And through many times trainings and chechs, we got professional worker stuff. They work strickly and they are very strict with our product's quality.
Brief machines and intruments: 5meter 4 meter 2.5meter 1.6meter huge vertical lathes, 5meter huge teeth-miller 3.5meter universal grinder and 80mm radial drill and so on.
We have been certified by quality management system in accordance with ISO9001: 2000 and also have been authorized to operate import and export. We have many years history in manufacturing slewing bearing and our products are exported to USA, England, France and some other western countries.
1. General:
Our company manufactures various kinds of slewing bearing for different applications, such as stacker reclaimer, lade turret, offshore crane, medical equipments, engineering machinery, mineral machinery, windmill, steel mill, etc. The types we produce include:
Single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing;
Double-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing;
Three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearing;
Crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearing;
Crossed taper roller slewing bearing;
Ball and cylindrical roller slewing bearing.
2. Bearing materials:
Inner and outer rings: GCr15(SAE52100, 100Cr6), 45# (C45), 50Mn, 42CrMo(42CrMoV);
Seal: NBR, VITON;
Cage: Nylon, steel, brass, AL;
Grease: Ca+ base, Li+ base grease (Such as Shell, Kluber, Chevlon etc. -- We can use the grease as per customer's instructions);
Packaging: Plywood case, plywood pallet, iron pallet.
3. Documentations:
We record the complet documentations for traceability.
Raw material certification;
Forging part certification;
Heat treatment certification;
Hardness valuse report;
Ultrasonic testing;
Rolling part (ball/ roller) certification;
Seal physical and chemical testing;
Cage certification;
Process flow records;
Final dimensional report.
