Jiangyin Ronggang Pipeline Manufacturing Co., Ltd (R-STEEL) was founded on 18th March, 2008, specialized into production and sales of large scale longitudinally submerged arc welding (LSAW) steel pipes. Our products are widely used in offshore platforms, marine modular, offshore wind-turbine jacket platforms, pillars/dock pilings, onshore UHV tower structural pipes, loft building structural pipes, harbor machinery welded tubular pipes, etc .. mainly in large governmental projects. During the past 10-years development, we are in possession of 10000 tons, 6000 tons, 4000 tons, 3600 tons etc full scales large JCOE forming production lines, and 200mm, 180mm, 150mm, 130mm, 100mm thickness etc three-rollers bending machines, complete atuomatic anti-corrosion painting facility. The annual SAW pipes capacity comes to 300000 tons.
Excellent quality controlling system is the bedrock of R-STEEL’s soonest developing. We get the approval of API 2B, ABS marine, BV marine, full sets of European quality certificates ( EN10219, EN1090 EXC4, EN 10210, ISO3834), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, the strictly QA/QC system assure every single pipe fabricated by R-STEEL to be the client’s satisfied high-quality merchandise. R-STEEL exports goods to over 65 countries and areas, possessing wide after-sales service internet, enjoying high reputation in the world market.
R-STEEL is located in National high-tech. development industrial zone, 150km far to Nanjing Iron steel, 40km to Shagang group, and 5km to Xingcheng special steel away, which make supplies of the base materials in convenient and economical way.
