Description of Product:
1, It consists of the upper and lower main shaft , round blade, spacer, base, variable frequency motor, reduction gearbox and other components.
2, By screw rotating, movable supports will be separated from main shaft, then reclose the main shaft after installing round blade and spacer.
3, Variable frequency motor drives upper and lower main shaft through gearbox to achieve the material cutting.
4, The round blade must be taken off when it needs sharpening. Meanwhile sharpening should be done on the sharpening shaft.
5, The main shaft could adjust the center distance from the lower shaft which is according to the actual round blade’s diameter , for ensuring the coincidence degree of the upper and lower round blade.
